Franchise Terms

A Player Pizza "franchise" is a free referral (affiliate) program. It's not a real franchise, a business opportunity, a job or an investment.

How you earn

• You get a shop at player.pizza/your-name.
• When a player visits your shop, that browser remembers it for 30 days. If they buy a pass in that time, and yours was the last shop they visited, the sale is credited to you.
• You earn 50% of net pass revenue credited to your shop. "Net" means what the player paid, minus refunds and chargebacks.
• Your HQ shows your sales, earnings, what we've paid you and what we owe.

Payouts

• Paid manually, once a month, when you're owed $10 or more. Smaller balances roll over.
• We'll email you to set up how you get paid. US payees may need to give a W-9 (and non-US a W-8BEN) before we pay; we may issue tax forms like a 1099 where the law requires.
• Refunds or chargebacks on a sale reduce your balance, even after it's been paid.

Fair play

• No fees, ever. You never pay us anything.
• No spam, no fake or misleading ads, no buying passes for yourself to earn a cut, no bots or fake traffic, and don't pretend to be Player Pizza itself.
• If we see abuse, we can hold or cancel earnings from it and close the shop.

Changes

• We may change the cut, rules or end the program. We'll email you first. Earnings you made before a change are still paid under the old rules.
• You can close your shop any time by emailing hello@player.pizza; we'll pay what's owed once it passes $10 (or at close, if you ask).
